Manufacturing Connect can facilitate a connection to MDE, Google's Manufacturing Data Engine. The MDE Config Manager URL is the endpoint used by Manufacturing Connect to communicate with the Configuration Manager with MDE. Once properly set up, Manufacturing Connect can then manage MDE to set up tag transformations, pipelines, and so on.
You can validate the operational status of the Manufacturing Connect. Use this to diagnose the health of the Operating System, component status, and system service statuses.
After clicking Validate, click the Show full log toggle to see the full validation log.
The support bundles are primarily used for diagnostic purposes. They should be attached as part of a support ticket when contacting customer support. Support bundles are then reviewed by customer support.
The support bundle is a collection of all relevant log files, which are packed into a .zip file and can then be shared with our support team to assist in troubleshooting.
Files in a support bundle are password protected.
Note: For Manufacturing Connect version 2.15.0 and later, you have the option to not include the config files in the support bundle. Select to include config files in the bundle for full diagnosis.
Note: As of Manufacturing Connect version 2.10.0 and later, you can only download one support bundle at a time.
