The *Browse Tags* functionality allows you to search, select, and download selected tags available for a device.

Devices that support searching for device tags display a tag icon in the bottom-right corner of the device card.

**Notes**: 

- Make sure the device you are searching has a status of CONNECTED in DeviceHub. The pre-defined device tags in the [Roc800 Ethernet](docId\:iBSTrdBM7Fn_KMeYoyBiU) driver are hard-coded in the device, so it doesn't need to be connected to browse tags. 
- When browsing for tags with the BacnetIP driver, only tags with the property of **Present\_Value** will be identified.

**To browse tags:**

1. From the *Tags *pane, click the **Add Tag** icon, and then select **Browse Tags**.
   The *Browse Tags* dialog box appears.

2. Select a device from the **Select Device** drop-down list, and then click **Add**.
   The Tags List drops down in the *Browse Tags* dialog box.

| -------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| \[1] **Search tags**             | This option allows you to search for specific tags within the Browse Tags dialog box.          |
| \[2] **Cancel pending requests** | Use this option to cancel any pending tag requests that have not yet been processed.           |
| \[3] **Select all**              | Clicking this option will select all the tags listed in the Browse Tags dialog box.            |
| \[4] **Clear selection**         | This option clears any selected tags in the Browse Tags dialog box.                            |
| \[5] **Reload device tags**      | Use this option to refresh and reload the list of device tags in the Browse Tags dialog box.   |
| \[6] **Download tags as CSV**    | Clicking this option allows you to download the selected tags in a CSV format for further use. |
