Depending on the region setting in Windows, you may have issues uploading tags with a CSV file because of the delimiter used. If CSV files are saved by using a semicolon as the delimiter instead of a comma, the tags won't be uploaded successfully. Refer to the table below.

The CSV file may use semicolons as the delimiter instead of commas. | 1. In Microsoft Excel, navigate to **File **> **Options **> **Advanced**.
2. Unselect the checkbox for** Use system separators**.
3. In the **Decimal separator** field, enter a period (.).
4. In the **Thousands separator** field, enter a comma (,).
