Overview
InfluxDB v2.x SSL integration enables an Edge System to connect with an InfluxDB database using SSL authentication.
Note: The following data types and formats are not viewable in InfluxDB:
- string
- char
- JSON payloads
Supported Versions
- Compatible with InfluxDB 2.x
Supported Communication Directions
- Outbound (Write from Edge to Database) - Yes
- Inbound (Read from Database to Edge) - No

Parallel publish count | Number of messages to publish simultaneously. Set a value above 1 to batch messages into a single publish request |
Throttling limit | Limits the number of outbound messages per second. If sending data to a server that has restrictions on the rate of incoming messages, this ensures that no messages are lost. |
Persistent storage | If enabled, messages in the outbound queue are stored on disk. If there are interruptions in connection or power loss, messages are retained and sent when the connection is restored. |
Persistent storage limit size | Maximum amount of data (in GB) to store in connector's persistent storage. Set a limit to prevent excessive disk space usage by failed connectors. |
Queue mode | Sequence of data transfer: FIFO or LIFO. Selecting FIFO (First In First Out) will send the earliest message first. Selecting LIFO (Last In First Out) will send the latest message first. |
Remote Data Topic | InfluxDB measurement that you want to publish data to. |
