The Message Schema tab includes the JSON section. From the *JSON *section, you can view and download the JSON schema of messages from devices that publish to the MQTT data topic.

# Access Message Schema UI

**To access the message schema UI:**

1. Log in to Manufacturing Connect.
    The *Status Overview* pane by default appears.
2. From the Navigation panel, select **General Settings**.
   The *General Settings* pane appears, by default the *Settings* tab displays.
3. From the *General Settings* pane, select **Message Schema**.
   The *Message Schema* tab appears.

Refer to the following actions you can take on the Manufacturing Connect User UI's *General Settings' Message Schema* tab.
