In Manufacturing Connect, view the status for MQTT and LWM2M. See the *Data and Control Status *section in [Edge Devices](docId\:V2neW0C22znuUlXwQd2Wm) for more information. The statuses should be green.

If the *Control* status is orange, the Manufacturing Connect Edge device might not be online or it may not be reachable by the Manufacturing Connect. If the *Data* status is orange, the **Default Generic MQTT SSL connector **on the Manufacturing Connect Edge might not be enabled**. **
