The Create Type dialog box is updated to hide the data schema section for numeric archetype types, preventing errors when setting values for NUMERIC_DATA_SERIES and CLUSTERED_NUMERIC_DATA_SERIES. The Notifications pane now has an improved UI for managing and interacting with notifications, including listing, filtering, reading, and deleting notifications. You can delete old metadata instances automatically when the total number for a specific natural key goes over a certain threshold. Also, a new UI page has been added to list keys that surpass the threshold. You can now turn the processing on or off and monitor the current state of ingestion through a new processing status button in the UI. The capability checking mechanism now supports current and previous versions of MDE API with a list of supported MDE versions and an internal capability matrix in the UI. The improved cloud config manager controller enhances responsiveness by eliminating the need for controller re-initialization.

When the Manufacturing Connect base-domain name is updated, respective activation URLs for Edge devices are automatically updated based on the new domain name. Upgrades are now restricted to VM-based Edge devices. Upgrades on Docker-based Edge devices are not allowed. The Nginx limit for the activation endpoint of 10 rps (requests per second) is now removed, allowing for more Edge devices to be processed at one time. The error message now contains the Activation config code and correct template name during failed activations with a template. Added logging for the deactivation process for an edge device in the API actions log.

The activation failure and failed provisions setup experience are improved to accurately display the Failed provision status with details and indicate the source of deactivation in the Edge device list. The Activation > Requests page displays an optimized summary of the activation requests and their respective status, including Total, Waiting for Approval, Processing, Processed, and Failed.
