the status overview module contains statistics about the manufacturing connect this information is on the operational network and is completely offline the status overview module includes the following sections mc edge instances the number of connected edge instances and the total number of edge instances mc edge devices the number of connected edge devices and the total number of edge devices mc edge tags the number of active mc edge tags and billable mc edge tags as of manufacturing connect 2 11 0 failed/processed tags (for manufacturing connect version 2 8 0 and later) the rate of failed / processed mc edge tags (tags/minute) tags consumption, summary (for manufacturing connect version 2 14 0 and later) the total number of tags being used by all edge devices tags consumption, per mc edge (for manufacturing connect version 2 14 0 and later) the total number of tags being used by individual edge devices click show details to filter the data and download the data in a csv file integration traffic the message per second rate from connected edge devices integration buffer size the buffer size from connected edge devices processed tags rate (tags/minutes) the processed tag rate (tags/minute) failed tags rate (tags/minutes) the failed tag rate (tags/minute) mc edge cpu utilization the percentage of cpu used by mc edge devices mc edge memory used the percentage of memory used by mc edge devices mc edge network load the amount of bandwidth (kb/s) used by mc edge devices mc edge storage the amount of storage (gb) used by mc edge devices refer to the following actions you can take on the manufacturing connect user ui's status overview pane the user interface below is for manufacturing connect version 2 14 0 and later you can hover over charts to view more details mc edge tag consumption details note this feature is available for manufacturing connect version 2 14 0 and later you have the option of displaying details from the chart of tag consumption per edge device to view more details for the chart, click the show details icon filter tag consumption data you can filter what data to view in the chart to filter consumption data, click the show filter icon download csv file of tag consumption data to download a csv file of tag consumption, click the save as csv file icon
